What is a rear end car crash?

Return to Videos & FAQS

Transcript:

A rear end car crash in Florida is where another vehicle strikes you in the back of your vehicle. The other vehicle most likely was not paying attention. Sometimes, they’re texting and driving. Sometimes, they’re talking on their cellphone. They’re not paying attention. You stop and they fail to stop and strike in the rear of your vehicle. When that happens, it is assumed that the person that strikes you in the rear end of your vehicle is at fault for the accident.
