I was a pedestrian accident victim after being hit by a car while I was in a crosswalk who has the right-of-way?

Transcript:

If you’re a pedestrian, and you’re hit by a car when in the crosswalk, the question will come down to who has the right of way. That will come down to, was there a green light, or a red light, for the car that hit you? Was the vehicle turning, when it hit you, because if a vehicle is turning, the pedestrian has the right of way. However, if you are walking across the street, and you do not have the pedestrian cross signal available to you, and you cross the street anyway, you will not have the right of way in that case.
