While it is usually better to have an accident report filled out at the time that you fell, it is not impossible to go back after you fell and get an accident report completed. However, it is much more difficult in the likelihood that that facility, whether it’s a Publix, another grocery store, or a hotel, it is very likely that they will deny that you ever fell on their property if you do not get that accident report immediately done.
