Transcript:

After you’re involved in an auto accident case in Florida, you only have to give a recorded statement to your insurance company. You are bound to do so by the contract you enter in to with the insurance company when you buy your insurance. So make sure that when they contact you, find out who you’re speaking to. Are you speaking to someone from your insurance company, or someone from the other driver’s insurance company?
