Can I text at a stop light?

Currently in the state of Florida there is no law that prevents someone from texting while sitting at a stop light. You cannot text while you’re driving the motor vehicle, while the vehicle’s in motion, however, if you’re parked, or stopped at a traffic light or a stop sign, you can text in the state of Florida.
