Are there parties other than the at fault driver against whom I can take legal action in a Florida auto accident case?

Return to Videos & FAQS

Transcript:

In a Florida auto accident case, you can take action against the driver of the vehicle, but you can also take action against the owner of the vehicle. Sometimes that’s an individual, sometimes that’s a corporation if the person is working at the time. For example, a commercial vehicle, or another type of a vehicle, a dump truck, a garbage truck. You can take action against their employer.
